Olivia has been involved with the TCIFA for over 10 Years. Being a part of the very first Grassroots program, she continued her passion for football by joining the very first TCIFA Women’s National Football Team by age 13. By age 15 she was introduced to her very first coaching course where she discovered her love for teaching football. This was just the beginning.
Olivia moved to Jamaica in her later teens to study architecture and building design at the Northern Caribbean University, and joined the university’s football club. She also continued to play for the Turks & Caicos Islands Women National Football Team, and volunteered as a coach for local youth club teams, part-time .
In 2013, she became the association’s Youth Coaching Development Officer, head coach for the girls Grassroots program and also head Coach for our U15 girls national team.
