Meet our Executive Committee
Mr. Bryan, a Civil Engineer by profession started his involvement with the Turks and Caicos Islands football Association in 1993. He served as the TCIFA General Secretary from 1998 to 2006. Voted in as President in 2006 he was reelected for a second term in 2010. His main involvement within the Association has been with infrastructure, development and coaching whilst his present focus is as Chairman of the Referees Committee. Mr. Bryan also serves on the CFU Beach Soccer Committee.
Mrs. Bien-Aime has served as the TCIFA’s full time General Secretary since 2006. She brought to the appointment more than 14 years of legal experience. She has served as captain of the TCI Women’s National Football Team during her playing career, Chairman of the TCIG Sports Commission Board, Chairman of the Women’s Football Committee and TCIFA Executive Committee Member prior to her appointment. Mrs. Bien-Amie currently serves as an Ambassador of the Turks and Caicos Islands in her international roles as an Executive Member of the FIFA, CONCACAF and the CFU Executive Committee, Chairman of the CFU Women’s Committee, Member of the FIFA World Cup Organising Committee, Member of the Organising Committee for the Women’s World Cup and Committee for Women’s Football, Deputy Chairperson of the U17 Women’s World Cup Organising Committee and Member of the U20 Women’s World Cup Organising Committee, Deputy Chairperson of the CONCACAF Women’s Championship and Women’s Technical Committee.
Mr Slattery is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor by profession and has been an executive member of the TCIFA since 1996 before being elected as VP in 2011. Former youth player at Notts County and thereafter played semi professional football for various teams within the Southern Football League and Midland Combination, culminating in representing the TCIFA National Team. During his time at the Association his main involvement has been establishing the Academy infrastructure as well as Security Officer/WC Mens Match Coordinator, Youth Development & Refereeing.
He brings to the table a wealth of international experience – a holder of the US National B License; former coach of The Jamaican Ambassadors Soccer Club, former Head Coach of Riverdale Panthers in Westchester NY, former co-director of the Girl’s Soccer Program at NY Hota Bavarian. Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at John Jay College and Head Coach for the Boy’s Varsity at Columbia Grammar Prep School. Mr. Smith also serves on the FIFA Appeals Committee.
A native of Hillingdon, England, Craig Harrington is a former youth player at Swindon Town and Oxford United. Before joining the TCIFA as Technical Director Harrington spent 3 seasons coaching at the LA Galaxy from 2010 to 2013. During his time at the club he assisted Academy and Club President Chris Klein in the development and growth of all the Galaxy Academy programs. He oversaw the selection and development of all the players aged 12 to 18. Harrington, is responsible for writing the Galaxy’s first curriculum which was signed off by Head Coach and GM Bruce Arena. As head coach of the U16 LA Galaxy Academy Team, Harrington led his squad to the 2011-12 USSDA SoCal Division Championship as well as having 4 players called up to the U15 US National Team and 8 players called up to the U17 US National Team. Harrington was also apart of the clubs staff that won consecutive MLS Championships in 2011 and 2012. Prior to joining the Galaxy in 2010, he spent six years as Director of Coaching at the Newport Mesa Club and Technical Director at the Tustin Premier Soccer Club. He also spent two years as coach at Santiago Community College. Harrington, who holds a U.S Soccer Federation “A” coaching license moved into coaching after concluding his playing career and earned a bachelors degree (2001) at the University of Kent. He and his wife, Allison, have a daughter, Juliet.
Ryan is a graduate of the Wilfred Laurier University and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Ryan is the Managing Director of WB Financial Management Ltd., a professional accounting services firm based in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Ms. Hanchell responsibilities involve the development of Women’s and Girl’s football in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Currently, a Business Manager, Candace joined the Women’s Football League in 2001 as a registered player and enjoyed being a member of the TCI Women’s National Team during her tenure. She has been the Chairman of the Women’s Football League since 2006.
Ms. Garland is the Thrift Store Manager at the Turks and Caicos Islands Red Cross and the owner and Manager of a brokerage and consultancy company. Paula has been a member of the TCIFA Executive Committee and Women’s Football League since 2007. She is a former member of the TCI Women’s National Team. She has also served the TCIFA over the years as Team Manager to Senior Women’s, U17 and U20 Women’s National Teams at competitions both at home and international. She is currently the manager of the Revolution FC.
Norman Hamilton is the Managing Director of NW Hamilton Insurance Services Ltd and NW Hamilton Realty Ltd. He has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry in the Turks and Caicos, and the United States as Commercial Insurance Claims Adjuster, Agency Manager, and Insurance Company Director.
Mr. Hamilton is a graduate of H. J. Robinson High School in Grand Turk and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Bethune – Cookman University, Daytona Beach, Florida.
In addition to his business and professional interest, Mr. Hamilton has numerous positions as a Director on corporate/NGO/statuary Boards including Chairman of Turks and Caicos National Trust, Turks and Caicos Tourist Board, and Turks and Caicos Insurance Association; and Director of National Insurance Board and Provo Water Company Board.
Mr. Hamilton played football as a youngster and has grown into an avid supporter of the game. He is Chairman and Sponsor of Cheshire Hall Football Club, a team that competes locally in the WIV Premier League. He is happy to be involved in the administration of Football at a national level where he can lend his skills to help to develop the institution of the game, its infrastructure, players, and fan support nationwide.
Alvin E. Parker is a native of Turks and Caicos Islands he was raised in the beautiful island of South Caicos. Since 2007, Mr. Parker has held the position of Director of Sports for the Turks and Caicos Government and very instrumental in the development and forward progress of sports in the TCI over the past 6 years. He also scouts our young student-athletes for various colleges and high schools in the USA and Bahamas. His background and focus on community collaboration has led him to a number of volunteer opportunities and community leadership roles. Mr. Parker received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Barber-Scotia College in Concord North Carolina. Mr. Parker has been married for 11 years and has two children…..
Hudson Vixamar was born in Haiti, have been residing in the TCI for more than 10 years, attended the Maranatha High School currently the General Secretary of the united soccer a lover of sports and education.
Ms. Hall, a former member of the TCI bodybuilding Federation has recently became involved with the TCIFA. She has participated in both the FIFA Women’s Football Course and the FIFA Beach Soccer Coaching Course to familiarize herself with methods and procedures of development in these specific areas. Tamara currently plays in the Women’s Football League for the Revolution FC.
